22. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders begin processing only after payment has been authorized, inventory has been confirmed, and any required verification has been completed. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, inventory audits, manufacturer delays, weather, or other operational circumstances.

23. Shipping Methods & Carriers

The Knife Outlet may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. We reserve the right to select or substitute the carrier and service level that best fulfills an order unless a specific shipping method was purchased and is required by applicable law.

24. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier performance, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

25. Partial Shipments

When practical, orders may be shipped in multiple packages if certain items become available sooner than others or when required because of inventory location, manufacturer fulfillment, or shipping restrictions. Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because we elect to split a shipment, unless disclosed before purchase.

26. Risk of Loss and Title

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier or, where applicable, upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address. Carrier delivery records may be used to determine fulfillment of our shipping obligations.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must generally be requested within the applicable return period and be received in new, unused, and resalable condition with the original packaging, manuals, accessories, inserts, and other included items. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

31. Non-Returnable Merchandise

Unless required by law or approved due to our error or a verified manufacturer defect, the following are generally not eligible for return: opened or used products, customized or laser-engraved merchandise, Frankensteined® custom products, final-sale items, gift cards, and products missing original packaging or accessories.

32. Restocking Fees

Approved discretionary returns that are not the result of our error, shipping damage, or a verified manufacturer defect are subject to a forty percent (40%) restocking fee. The applicable fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.

33. Refund Processing & Exchanges

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned merchandise. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Where appropriate, The Knife Outlet may offer store credit or an equivalent replacement product in lieu of a refund.

34. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products are covered by warranties offered directly by their manufacturers. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, The Knife Outlet does not provide an independent product warranty beyond those required by applicable law. We may assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims as a courtesy.

35. Customized & Frankensteined® Products

Laser-engraved items, personalized merchandise, and Frankensteined® custom products are produced to customer specifications or modified configurations. Except where prohibited by law or in cases of our error or verified defects, these products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

36. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through The Knife Outlet, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photographs, videos, artwork, website design, source code, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Knife Outlet or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the website or purchase of products.

83. Frankensteined® Custom Knives

Frankensteined® custom knives consist of modified or customized knife configurations using premium components, finishes, hardware, scales, or other enhancements. Minor cosmetic variations are inherent in custom craftsmanship and do not constitute defects. Specifications may vary from manufacturer-standard configurations.

84. Design Approval & Production

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, artwork, spelling, dates, dimensions, and design approvals before production begins. Once production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible except where required by law or due to our error.

85. Wholesale Accounts

The Knife Outlet may approve qualified businesses for wholesale purchasing at its sole discretion. Approval may require a valid business license, resale or tax-exemption documentation where applicable, and any additional information reasonably requested.
